The NetFoundry team had a great week in Las Vegas at IBM’s InterConnect 2017 event where we launched our AppWAN for IBM Watson as part of IBM’s introducing their new voice gateway for Watson.

The creativity and momentum were evident around every corner of this annual event, focused on the continuing evolution and expansion of Cloud technologies. One of our favorite stories from the event was the story of 13 year old developer Tanmay Bakshi:

“I’m working on many new projects with artificial intelligence, of course IBM Watson [and] ones provided by Darwin Ecosystem LLC,” Bakshi said. “We are working on this really interesting project called “The Cognitive Story,” [which] is basically this collaboration between IBM, Darwin Ecosystem, Not Rocket Science Inc. and me. We are working toward using the power of cognitive in order to change people’s life in a positive way.”

NetFoundry Heads to Enterprise Connect

Next week, the NetFoundry team is heading to Orlando for one of our favorite gatherings of the year, Enterprise Connect.

We’ll continue to demonstrate our AppWAN for IBM Watson as well as our AppWan for Microsoft Office 365.

Enterprises use NetFoundry to spin up app-integrated micro-WANs, enabling enterprises to prototype and operate new apps in a DevOps model without the costs and time of custom infrastructure and network engineering – AppWAN for IBM Watson and AppWAN for Microsoft Office 365 are the first two in a series of AppWAN solutions we will be rolling out. AppWANS are awesome in that they optimize performance according to the specific needs of each AppWAN, with patented technology that dramatically improves resiliency, performance and throughput.

Contact us if you’d like to meet up with one of the NetFoundry crew next week!
